Client Service Plans
GNR delivers a customer experience that is vastly superior to what you do not get from a typical recruiting firm. Regardless of the level of service you choose, we are happy to discuss more flexible support, specific to your talent acquisition needs.
Below is an overview of the different level of services we offer; GNR will customize a service plan to fit your recruiting needs. Contact a GNR Account Manager who will assist with the details.
You will be assigned a GNR Account Manager who is well-versed in your industry and is dedicated to meeting your recruiting specifications. Your Account Manager will direct a team of seasoned recruiters who will aggressively cold-call your competitors and other target organizations to source the talent on your behalf. This is a non-exclusive service, and you will not be invoiced until after you have hired a candidate provided by GNR.
GNR will become your recruiting partner to find qualified candidates driven by a dedicated recruiting team knowledgeable in your industry. A GNR Account Manager, along with our Recruiting Team will work with exclusivity knowing you do not have any other resources working on your behalf. The unique aspect of this level of service is the "1 to 1" Client/Recruiter relationship. You will not receive this level of attention with the Contingent Service plan; due to an Account Manager will have numerous client accounts at any given time. As a result, an engagement fee is applied against a final placement fee.
Retained Executive Service
For senior executive level positions, GNR will dedicate a significantly larger research and dedicated recruiting team to your search assignment. Your dedicated search team will be led by a GNR Principal, who will oversee the researchers, leverage industry contacts, assist in offer preparation, and oversee offer negotiations to facilitate as successful hire.
Recruiting as a Service (RaaS)
This is a unique level of service in which you will have access to the beginning stage of our recruiting process. GNR’s recruiting team will assist in pooling qualified candidate for your review. You will then take ownership of candidates to mainstream through your own internal recruiting process. This is a cost effective service for clients who have numerous positions to fill and the lack of resources to find potential candidates. A flat rate fee applies to this service.
Contract Employment Service
Many companies have made the decision to downsize to lower overhead, but not without having concerns about future projects. GNR is your HR/W-2 Employer aimed to provide qualified contract professionals from inception to completion of your projects.
- Time contingent contracts: GNR Employee is assigned to the client on a project per basis and can be for any defined period of time.
- Contract-to-hire: This is a try before you hire option, to make sure potential GNR Employee is a long term fit and there is enough business to retain employee’s services. Also, this service offers clients the financial peace of mind due to the GNR Employee will not tap into other benefit expenditures.
