The primary responsibility of this position is to generate revenue in an assigned geographic territory by selling direct to end-customers in Retail, Education and Local Government or indirectly to these markets, through existing or prospective channel partners. Essential functions for this position include:
- Generate revenue in an assigned geographic territory.
- Identify and build relationships & manage end to end sales process
- Create and maintain a Territory Plan that outlines areas of focus and relative priorities for territory development.
- Develop account penetration strategies, gain access to key decision makers and sell at a high level by formulating value propositions based on knowledge of customer business objective.
BS DEgree required as well as five years experience building customer base and selling technology. Any experience with the follwoing will be a plus networks, client/server knowledge and CCTV/video surveillance work. Extensive experience managing major accounts and large territories.
