Lead RF Integration Engineer ECM

Serve as the lead investigator identifying and resolving installation and compatibility issues in the Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (CIED) business area in conjunction with Government engineering teams. Investigate and resolve interactions between co-located CIED systems, CIED systems and platform communications systems. Develop installation kits to mitigate environmental and EMI/RFI/EMC issues. Support platform integration testing to include electrical and transportation testing.

Requirements: Bachelor's in electrical engineering with three or more years of related experience. Strong RF systems and analysis skills are required. Familiar with receivers, exciters and ECM system design from HF to 6 GHz. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate the activities of a team of engineers and technicians. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with military vehicles and platform integration a plus.
