Through aggressive cold calling, we will directly source candidates who are among the very best in your industry. And thanks to our team approach, we will fill your most critical positions faster.
How it works: You'll be assigned to a GNR Account Manager who specializes in your industry. Your Account Manager will direct a team of seasoned technical recruiters who will work exclusively on your search to aggressively cold-call your competitors and other target organizations to source the talent on your behalf. For this level of service, GNR requires an engagement fee that will be applied against the final placement fee.
